Brief and match

Quote and samples

  • Quotes stay open on both sides. The founder sees the economics, and so do you.
  • Consolidated feedback. One set of notes per round, from the operator, not a group chat.

First run

  • Costed before it is ordered, including packaging, freight, and duties.
  • Logistics coordinated with the 3PL, so the handoff is not your problem.

Reorder

  • When the product sells, it runs again. The relationship is built for the second order, not the first.
  • Performance data comes back to you, so the next run is better specified.

A workable first-run minimum

Brands start small and grow. We look for partners willing to quote a real first run, not only volume that a new brand cannot reach.

Sample turnaround you can hold to

We would rather hear 5 weeks and get 5 weeks than hear 2 and get 6. Dates we can plan around matter more than fast dates.

Transparent quoting

Line items we can explain to a founder: tooling, unit cost, packaging, and what changes at each quantity break.

Bring a factory or a brand.
It stays yours.

A factory or brand you introduce is attributed to you. We route the work through you, you keep the relationship, and you earn a share of the fee on the volume you bring. Our tools take the admin half of the job off your desk: translating, chasing and reformatting quotes, tracking samples, sending reminders. The relationship half, knowing which factory to trust with what, stays with you.

Factories work where they already are, WeCom, WhatsApp, or email, and never log into anything. Agents prepare. You and the factory sign.

What we never send you

  • Cold inquiries from someone who has not defined a product.
  • 1-piece and sample-only requests with no run behind them.
  • Founders who disappear after the first sample round.
  • Briefs we have not read ourselves first.
